Platform Policies
Community Standards
- Be respectful and professional in all interactions.
- No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks.
- No spam or repetitive content.
- Share accurate information and cite sources.
- Respect intellectual property rights.
Prohibited Content
- Hate speech targeting race, religion, gender, or orientation.
- Graphic violence or disturbing content.
- Sexually explicit or adult content.
- Content that promotes illegal activity.
- Doxxing or sharing private personal information.
Expert Standards
- Experts must accurately represent their credentials.
- Fabricating qualifications results in permanent removal.
- Experts with ratings below 2.5 face automatic review.
- Inactive experts (90+ days) are removed from the directory.
- Expert status may be revoked for policy violations.
Marketplace Rules
- All listings must accurately describe the product.
- Digital goods must be original or properly licensed.
- Fake reviews or purchase manipulation results in suspension.
- Refund disputes are handled by neutral admin review.
- Fraudulent activity results in permanent account ban.
How Moderation Works
Content Posted
User submits question, answer, article, or listing.
AI Pre-Screening
Our AI instantly screens for hate speech, spam, and policy violations.
Auto-Action
High-severity content is removed immediately. Medium-severity is flagged for review.
Human Review
Admin moderators review flagged content and reports within 24–48 hours.
Decision & Appeal
Content is actioned or cleared. Users may appeal any moderation decision.
How to Report
Report Content
Use the ⋯ menu on any question, answer, or article and select "Report".
Report a User
Visit the user's profile and use the "Report User" option in the overflow menu.
Report a Listing
On any marketplace item, use the flag icon to report fraud or policy violations.
